About This Tour

On this 9-day Kenya Luxury Safari, guests will visit the Amboseli National Park, renowned for hosting huge heard of Elephants and a clear view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. After Amboseli, guests will drive to the Olpajeta Conservancy to see the only two remaining Northern White Rhinos in the universe and the Big Five. Guests will then continue to Lake Naivasha, prominent for its famous Hippo Boat Ride and Crescent Island Tour, winding up in the world-famous Masai Mara to stay at the Serena Lodge. Nairobi City – Amboseli National Park

Upon arrival at the JKIA Airport, you will be met by an “Africa Big Beast Safari”  who will give you a briefing concerning your Safari and introduce you to your driver guide. You will then drive to the Amboseli National Park.

About Amboseli National Park: The ecosystem, mainly savannah grassland, is spread across the Kenya-Tanzania border. The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to over 1600 free-ranging elephants, among other wildlife species.

Other park attractions include opportunities to meet the Maasai people and have a spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Also, you will get the best snapshots of the unique African sunset and sunrise.

You will arrive at Amboseli National Park in time for lunch. Check-in at Amboseli Serena Lodge and have a hot lunch. Amboseli Serena is a Luxury Lodge located inside the park.

Around 4 PM, after relaxing a bit, you will exit the lodge for an afternoon game drive. Since the lodge is inside the park,  you will start seeing the animals at the gate.

After the game drive, around 6 PM, you will return to the lodge. Fresher up and proceed for a hot dinner. You will have you overnight at the same lodge.

Amboseli National Park

On this day, You have two options to choose from:

Option one: You may opt to have an early morning game drive, return for breakfast, freshen up, and spend the rest of the midmorning at your leisure, either swimming in the pool or just relaxing. Later have lunch and proceed for the evening game drive. Finally, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Option two: You may have an early breakfast and proceed for a whole day game drive with a packed lunch. Return to the lodge for dinner and turn in for the night.

Amboseli National Park – Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast, you will check out and drive to Olpajeta Conservancy.

Olpajeta Conservancy is celebrated for hosting the only two remaining endangered northern white Rhinos globally. In addition, it houses Sweetwater’s Chimpanzee Sanctuary for orphaned, abandoned, and rescued chimpanzees, the only one of its kind in Kenya. It’s also East Africa’s Largest Black Rhino Sanctuary.

The combination of amazing wildlife and stunning views across the open plans will guarantee you an unforgettable safari experience.

You will arrive for lunch at Olpajeta Conservancy. Check in at the Serena Sweetwater’s Tented Camp for a hot lunch. Sweetwater Camp is a luxury Tented Camp Situated inside the Ol-pajeta Conservancy.

Later in the afternoon, you will participate in a game drive in the Conservancy. You will later return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Breakfast and exit the Tented Camp with a packed lunch for a whole day game drive at the Ol Pejeta Conservancy for the opportunity to see the BIG FIVE animals among many other animal species, including many black rhinos, bird life, and wild dogs.

You will visit the only two remaining northern white rhinos on the planet. Najin and Fatu both are female. Najin is the mother of Fatu. The reality of sad extinction is a possibility.

Finally, you will visit Sweetwater’s Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only one of its kind in Kenya, for orphaned, abandoned, and rescued chimpanzees. The client enjoys listening to the closest relative to humankind.

You will later return to the camp in the evening for a hot dinner as you listen to a piece of southing African music in the background. Have an overnight at the camp.

Ol Pejeta – Lake Naivasha National Park

After breakfast, you will leave Olpajeta Conservancy heading to Lake Naivasha. You will arrive in time for lunch at Lake Naivasha Country Club, Check-in and have lunch.

After lunch, you will freshen up and relax a bit as you enjoy the property.

Around 4 PM, you will leave the lodge for a Hippo Boat Ride experience with our famous and well-versed Captains who are locally born. The captains have detailed knowledge of the birdlife and wildlife in and around the lake.

Later, you will proceed to a walking safari in the Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, “Naivasha’s best-kept secret,” It’s famous for Walking/hiking safari, bird watching, photography, fresh air, and isolation. It is a peninsula and is currently only accessible by boat from the East or Westside. The shores host abundant birdlife, including pelicans, cormorants, and fish-eagles with their haunting cry. There are more animals per acre than any other Kenyan Park.

After this beautiful adventure, you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Lake Naivasha National Park – Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you check out and depart for Maasai Mara, one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. This is the park where you will have the opportunity to see the “Big 5” and the wildebeest Migration.

About Maasai Mara Wildlife Reserve:  is situated in southwest Kenya and is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. Masai Mara Reserve and the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania form Africa’s most diverse, incredible, and spectacular ecosystems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing ecosystem. It is globally famous for its exceptional population of lions, leopards, cheetahs, and the annual migration of zebra, Thomson’s gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every July to October, known as the Great Migration.

You will arrive in time for lunch at Masai Mara. Check-in and have lunch at the luxurious Mara Serena Lodge. Mara Serena is inside  Mara Triangle Conservancy; This part has an abundance of animals.

After lunch, you will settle in, freshen up, and then take off on an evening game drive. You will return for dinner and your overnight stays later in the evening.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Morning breakfast and exit the lodge with a packed lunch for a whole day game drive at the Mara National Reserve searching for the Big 5 and other animals.

If Safari falls from July to October, you will have the privilege to witness the 7th wonder of the world, the annual wildebeest migration, especially while crossing the crocodile-loaded river Mara.

You will later return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight

Masai Mara National Reserve

Today you can choose between three itineraries:

Itinerary 1: Go on an early morning game drive. Return for breakfast, freshen up, and then go out into the park again. Eat lunch and then spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure – perhaps you will take a swim in the pool! Enjoy another game drive in the evening in search of more animals. Return in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Itinerary 2: Eat breakfast and then depart with a packed lunch in hand for a full-day game drive. You will be in search of the “great migration” and the “Big Five.” Return in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

Itinerary 3: Go on an optional hot air balloon ride (USD  400pp) in the early morning! You will be picked up from your camp and transferred to the balloon launch site. Here you will meet your pilot, receive a briefing, and watch the inflation of your balloon. After the ride, you will receive a certificate. Afterward, you will drive back to the camp for breakfast and game drives.

Afterward, you will drive to the lodge for lunch via an optional Masai village and later have an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the same lodge.

Masai Mara National Reserve – Nairobi City

After breakfast, you will check out and exit the park with game drives and head back to Nairobi.

On your way, you will have a stop-over at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a panorama view.

You will see all the major attractions in the valley. The valley boasts beautiful lakes and escarpments, such as Mount Longonot, Lake Naivasha, Elementaita, and Nakuru, providing plentiful wildlife havens. Also, here you will have a chance for a photo session and the opportunity to visit Curio shops.

You will proceed with your journey to Nairobi, where you will spend the day with optional activities depending on your flight schedule.

Optional Activities in Nairobi
1. Visit the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage.
2. Visit the Giraffe Center
3. Dinner or Lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant for meat lovers.
4. Visit Maasai Market.
